Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow additional processing time during product launches, sales periods, or holidays, when order volume may be higher than usual.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

Orders shipped within the United States typically arrive within 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the shipping service selected at checkout.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and carrier rates.


International Shipping

Chamberlin New York ships internationally to many countries.

International shipping times generally range from 5–14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.


Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by the customs authority of the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. Chamberlin New York does not control these charges and cannot predict their amount.

If duties and taxes are collected at checkout, they will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Chamberlin New York is not responsible for packages delayed or returned due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Chamberlin New York is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is missing, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly and checking with neighbors or building management.


Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays due to weather, customs processing, or high shipping volumes. These delays are outside of our control.
